  • Feeding Instructions

    Does just kindling: 2 – 3 oz. the first day and increase gradually by 1 oz. per day to free-choice feeding within 4 – 5 days.

    Lactating Does: Feed free choice.

    Weaned Bunnies: Feed free choice.

    Dry Does / Bucks: 4 – 6 oz.

    It is not necessary to feed hay with Country Feeds Rabbit Pellets. High quality hay may be fed, if desired.

I have always had wonderful success with raising rabbits on this feed. I show my rabbits and breed them for meat production. My show rabbits always have had soft coats and do well in the shows I’ve taken them to. Primarily, I breed and raise babies for meat production. The mamas always have a big appetite raising several babies, and this feed seems to help them along through pregnancy and nursing their kits. Once the kits are old enough, they are also fed Nutrena and are raised until they are culled or kept for my breeding program. This feed has always done the trick!
