Is the food inside the bag changing?
Yes, some of the formulas are changing. What is not changing is Loyall Life’s commitment to providing premium nutrition that your dog and cat will enjoy. Each formula is created by a team of animal nutrition specialists, including a PhD Animal Nutritionist, to ensure that your pet will enjoy the food and thrive. As part of this refresh the team went back to tailor and optimize each formula to support the intended life stage and energy requirements of your dogs and cats while driving ingredient consistency across the line up.

Is Loyall Life still made in the USA?
Yes, Loyall Life is produced across our network of plants in Ohio, Kansas, and Minnesota.

Are any Loyall Life products being discontinued?
Yes, Loyall Life Adult Chicken and Brown Rice Recipe and Loyall Life Grain Free All Life Stages Chicken with Potato Recipe will be discontinued. We recommend those using Adult Chicken and Brown Rice Recipe to transition to All Life Stages Chicken and Brown Rice Recipe. We recommend those using Grain Free All Life Stages Chicken with Potato Recipe to transition to either Grain Free All Life Stages Salmon with Sweet Potato Recipe or Grain Free All Life Stages Beef with Sweet Potato Recipe.

Will the price of the pet food change with the new packaging?
No, the price of Loyall Life pet food will remain the same.

When will the new packaging be available?
The new packaging will start appearing in stores and online in June 2025.

Can I still find the old packaging in stores?
There will be a transition period where both old and new packaging are available. If you have any concerns about freshness of your dog or cats’ food you can reference the lot code with manufactured date found on your bag. All Loyall Life dog and cat food is good for 1 year after the manufactured date.

Is the net weight of the product changing at all?
No, this is not a “shrinkflation” exercise. The net weight of each product will remain the same.
