Rated 5 out of 5 by Courtney from From senior skeleton to showstopper with proforce senior and XF! We had a guest stallion come to our facility mid July of 2025, he was in the worst shape I’d ever personally received a horse. Sunburns on every surface and literally a skeleton, he was suppose to be standing at stud but I knew there was no way in that condition and at 22 years old. We immediately had his owner allow us to have him medically evaluated and a full dental, and nutrition was my immediate concern. We’ve fed Nutrena products to our mixed herd including breeding stallions, broodmares and foals and always loved their condition. In addition to high quality hay we began feeding a mixture of pro force senior and pro force FX about 4 times a day in order to build up his daily calorie intake without too much single serve volume In about a month he already showed signs of weight and muscle and in less than five months he looked like his old ad photos taken 10 years ago! His libido returned, his personality returned and you’d swear he was 10-12 not close to 23! I attribute all efforts to rehab this fabulous guy but I know the key nutrients in our feed made all the difference, I recommend this feed to anyone and highly recommend at least putting your horses on it for a trial, I know you won’t be disappointed.
